Brazil Opens Dialogue with India and U.S. to Conclude Doha in Two Months
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva assured that it is possible to conclude within a couple of months the Doha Round to reach an agreement of global trade liberalization, and with that goal started a dialogue with U.S. , India and China.
