It is obvious, but Ashdod I must say what is happening in Gaza is indeed a genocide, as this figure is defined in international law. Take from the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 260 A (III) of 9 December 1948 and entered into force on January 12, 1951, in accordance with Article XIII as follows: Article I The Contracting Parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and punish.
